is playing center field, good ?!?!?!?!?
Ok, so I tested for my football team and it did!
Although the first day of auditions was the first time i played, but no way I was assigned center fielder, but I was always taught that was the ability to short stop better position wise as they are the most talented .. I do not think I'm too good, because Ive never played so badly to take any position, but is an "honor" (You know what I mean) to be a first time player and playing center field ... I hope you understand my question and do not take my sincere question of arrogance thanks:)
I loved playing in the gardens, especially in the center .. you do not have to worry about baserunners working in you .. i played in many positions i made to play all

Facilitating Clinical Skills Teaching $95.59 Clinical skills facilities create learning environments that will realistically simulate care environments without the inherent risks in actual practice settings. Student nurses on qualifying need to be fit for purpose and so fit for practice. Nurse lecturers utilise their clinical knowledge and expertise when teaching clinical skills however do they consider the underpinning educational evidence base when considering how best to teach and facilitate learning of clinical skills? This book analyses how teachers of nursing set out to teach the principles of clinical skills but that this did not always correlate with student nurses learning these principles. Using Spradleys (1979) model cultural themes emerged indicating that there was an educational theory practice gap when teaching clinical skills. This book offers recommendations for future educational practice in clinical skills facilitation and will be relevant to medical and healthcare educators in engaging in simulation and supervised practice. Teaching Complex Cognitive Skills $132.24 Recently, traditional instructional design methodologies have been criticized that they may be ineffective in reaching transfer of learning, particularly in complex learning domains. Recent instructional and learning theories tend to focus on authentic learning tasks that are based on real world problems as the driving force for transfer of learning. The study compared a conventional instructional approach (called the Parttask approach) with a 4C/IDmodel based instructional approach (called the Wholetask approach) to see if the 4C/ID approach promotes better transfer of learning in a complex learning domain. Results indicated that the wholetask group performed significantly better than the parttask group on a skill acquisition test and a transfer test. The findings from the study should help shed some light on this important area, and should be especially useful to professionals in Instructional Design and Training fields, or anyone else who may be interested in teaching complex cognitive skills.
